PAYMENT
Upon acceptance of your application, you will be required to pay an enrollment Deposit of 200 €, which secures your placement in the program. The enrollment Deposit due date for your particular start date is one month before you start the Spanish Language Training. It will be deducted from your program fee. The rest of the payment will be as it follows:

One week to 3 months programs: 100% of the program fee one week before you start the language training
- 3 month to 6 month programs: 50% of the program fee one week before you start the language training; and 50% 2 months after the program started
- 6 to 9 month programs: 50% of the program fee one week before you start the language training; and 50% 2 months after the program started
- 1 year program: 50% of the program fee one week before you start the language training; and 25%2months after the program started; and 25% 6 months after the program started

Please put your name and ‘Lingua Orbi’ on all documents relating to transfers.
All bank charges will be your responsibility.
In the case whereby the bank charges us a commission for receipt of your payment, we reserve the right to charge you this sum on your arrival.

DATES
Programs can start on any date. At SLI we adapt to your needs. A program coordinator can help you decide the best dates for you.
Holidays in 2008: January 1, January 6, March 19, March 20, March 21, April 23, May 1, June 29, July 25, August 15, October 12, October 25, November 1, December 6, December 8, December 25.
The classes and activities on holiday will not be recovered. Instead, in each holiday SLI will carry on a free and guided excursion in the province or will organize activities related to the festivity (for example, during Holy Week: attend a procession and a talk about the Holy Week tradition in Spain). For Christmas, SLI will organize a party.
