ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

After sending your enrollment

Within 48 hours (except Saturdays and Sundays) we will send you a provisional confirmation by email.

In this email we request you to make the 200 euro deposit payment. As soon as we receive the deposit, your reservation will be confirmed: we will send you the official confirmation and information about how to get to SLI and our emergency numbers.

Once you have completed the payment of the total cost of the course, we will send you the address of your accommodation. Except for last moment reservations, the total cost of the course should be paid two weeks before you get to Segovia.

Visa

If you need a visa , we will be able to send you a letter of invitation to be presented at the consulate once you have paid the total amount for the course. In the case that the visa is not granted, we will return your money except 200 euros that correspond to the administrative rate.

Citizens of the countries that belong to the European Union do not need a visa. Citizens of other countries usually do not need a visa if their stay is less than 3 months. If you are not sure that you require a visa, consult the official web page of the SpanishMinistry of Foreign Affairs. The first list corresponds to countries that do not belong to the European Union, and therefore need a visa. Just let us know, and we will answer your questions and help you obtaining the visa.

To enroll in a language course you may need a tourist visa. On this web page you will find all the Spanish embassies in the world, where you can get direct information.

If you need a visa... We will send you an official letter of invitation. In this letter we declare that you have already made a complete payment for the course. Therefore, the letter can be sent only once you have completed payment for the course. In the case that the visa is denied, we reimburse the whole amount, except 200 euros for administrative rate.For info about visa for Peru, as part of the volunteer program, please get in contact with SLI.
